Made with premium grade cocoa powder and dark Belgian couverture chocolate (that's the really, really good stuff) they are as easy and quick to make as they are delicious. All you'll need is two eggs, 75g of butter and a bowl and a spoon to mix - 30 minutes in the oven and you'll have 16 large squares of pure, home-baked indulgence. This recipe is beautiful on its own or you can add your own spin to it by adding nuts, berries or orange zest to create your favourite chocolate flavour combinations.
